I can’t connect to the VPN, what should I do?

If you are unable to connect to the VPN, you can try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try connecting to a different VPN server
  2. Quit the app, relaunch it, and try connecting again
  3. Turn off the Wi-Fi, then turn it back on and try connecting again
  4. If it still doesn’t connect then try restarting your device.

Note: Please check if your time and date are accurate if yes then try restarting your device.

If the issue persists, please send a screenshot and the IP address of the specific server causing trouble to support.
