You can try connecting bridges if you are having issues connecting to TOR. you can do this from the TOR connection panel by following the steps below:
- Find bridges
- Tap on it
- Enable bridges
- Select manual configuration
- Select your preferred bridge
Or - Tap on Add Custom Bridges if you want to connect via a custom bridge
- Paste the bridge or request the bridge from torproject.org
Note: Also please check if your time and date are accurate if yes then try restarting your device.
