Share connection configuration allows you to share your Tor browser and VPN settings with anyone who wants to apply your current settings in his browser.
This feature is beneficial in case someone is using Tor with his specific settings in a specific location but someone else has trouble connecting to Tor, he may import the settings from the person who has access to Tor in order to ensure his connection as well on those settings.
